Rook Twitch Branding is a complete visual identity developed for an online gaming and streaming presence. The project combines a distinctive custom wordmark, bold colour system, geometric graphic language, channel banner, and coordinated Twitch panels. Fluorescent yellow, charcoal, and white create an energetic, high-contrast identity that feels modern, competitive, and instantly recognisable across the channel.
The challenge was to create a memorable identity that could compete within the visually crowded gaming and livestreaming space. The brand needed to remain recognisable at small sizes while also scaling effectively across channel banners, profile graphics, information panels, and other streaming assets. It also needed to complement gaming imagery and Twitch’s interface without losing its own distinctive personality.
A sharp geometric ROOK wordmark was created as the foundation of the identity. Its structured letterforms communicate precision, confidence, and competitive energy, while a fluorescent-yellow, charcoal, and white palette delivers maximum contrast. Logo variations, construction guidelines, typography, colour applications, a Twitch channel banner, and coordinated information panels were developed to ensure consistency across every viewer touchpoint.
The final branding system gave Rook a unified and professional Twitch presence, connecting the logo, channel artwork, and supporting panels through one recognisable visual language. Published on Behance in July 2017, the project has received 31 appreciations, 328 views, and engagement from the creative community.
